High Holy Days 5785/2024 - Registration Form

TBI will be providing name badges to all adult members of TBI and their registered guests. We ask that you register using this form to ensure we have the correct information. Please refer to the confirmation email once you submit this form with additional details for picking up your TBI name badges.

On this form you will:

• Register the adult members in your household.

• Register any visiting adult children or parents.

• Purchase passes for non-members.

• Purchase High Holy Day prayer books.

The names you provide below will be printed on your name badges along with your optional preferred pronouns. Children under 18 do not need name badges.

ADDITIONAL FAMILY MEMBERS
The names you provide below for adult family members will be printed on name badges along with their optional preferred pronouns. For adult family members over 23 years old, we recommend a donation from the heart.

NON-MEMBER/GUEST PASSES
Please note that non-member/guest passes are only needed for TBI's main services for Rosh Hashanah and Yom Kippur. Pre-registration is needed for the family services.

For security reasons, please register below to attend Family Services or Additional Services where tickets are not required, as well as for purchasing additional tickets.

TBI High Holy Days Prayer Books

It is TBI tradition to bring our own prayer books to High Holy Day Services. If you plan to attend and need additional books, please order additional books below. Books are generally not available on-site.
Our community worships using the Mishkan Hanefesh machzor. It comes as a set of books (one for Rosh Hashanah and one for Yom Kippur). Sets can be picked up from the Temple Office.
